ISAR udfører coaching
og udviklingsopgaver for virksomheder, organisationer og privatpersoner.
Coaching med heste foregår på Egemosegård i naturskønne omgivelser ved
Bastrup sø. Coaching uden heste kan både foregå i vores nyrenoverede lyse
lokaler på Egemmosegård eller lokalt hos virksomhederne.

A herd
of Icelandic horses, beautiful nature and a cosy, relaxing atmosphere creates
the perfect setting for our courses on Hegedalgaard.
In our work we use the ability of the horses to interpret body language, inner
motivation and mental conviction for achieving increased consciousness of inner
potential and line of action. The interaction with the horses gives the
participants insight and experience-based learning on a very personal level, as
the traits of our communication and patterns of behaviour typically will appear
more clearly in this work. We support the individual to draw parallels from
these experiences to a broader perspective of private life as well as job.
The participants will be able to de-stress with kind and well mannered horses.
This brings the peace and closeness, which we need when working with our selves.
Further, it helps focus on improving our personal leadership aiming towards a
reliable, positive and constructive behaviour at work as well as private.
The work with the horses is primarily ground work. However, it will be possible
to mount a horse too, and feel the mental unity and mutual trust.
On Hegedalgaard we offer courses in teambuilding, leadership, personal
development and coaching, and we arrange activity days and individually designed
events. For experienced horsemen as well as beginners there are also plenty of
opportunities for horseback riding in the magnificent landscapes of northern
Djursland.
This program requires profound
horse knowledge and good knowledge of the target market. You will
not learn the basics. You will get to know the HorseDream approach
in working with corporate clients and horses.
This approach has developed interest
of companies, leaders, trainers and coaches over the previous 15
years in Europe. We started to take it global with the
EAHAE conference
2007. Today there are over 90 licensed HorseDream partners worldwide.
So if you also want to gather very special know-how in the field of horse
assisted education, equine guided education, equine assisted
learning, or whatever you would call it, you are very welcome to join our

This is a
business approach. We provide seminars and team trainings for corporates only. We do not work with children, disabled, or traumatized
clients. However, if you are qualified to do so, you may of course adapt
our approach, if you wish.
We work
with the Integral Model as a background theory. Thus, it would be
helpful for you to be familiar with books such as "The Integral Vision"
(Ken Wilber) or "Conscious Business" (Fred Kofman).
When you
have attended these four workshops and joined the EAHAE you‘ll get the
HorseDream Partner License. Only then you are allowed to use the
phrase “Licensed HorseDream Partner” on your website, in your brochures,
and on your business papers.
Workshop
1 "Distance and Nearness" is about working with clients in the so
called picadero. This work is based on what Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling has
written in his book “Dancing with Horses”, which was published in Germany
(“Mit Pferden tanzen”) in 1993. This book is highly recommended especially
for the first and for the second workshops.

2 "Leadership Exercises" is about working with clients in various
hands-on exercises. Leading a horse is a process. We will learn how to
trust the horse’s responses to our leadership approach.

3 "Reaching Goals, Overcoming Obstacles" is about working with
individual clients, groups, or teams. Reaching a goal is a process,
overcoming obstacles is a process. We will learn how to trust the horse’s
responses to our goals and to our obstacles and how to trust the process.
A goal is one thing, a personal vision is another, and a shared vision is
a third. We will also work on our personal and our shared visions.
Workshop
4 "Integral HorseMapping" is about working with individual clients,
groups, and teams in personal, structural, and organizational
constellations. We will learn how to use the help of horses in a
constellation process and we’ll take the first steps toward the Integral
Approach of Ken Wilber, Fred Kofman, Don Beck, Peter Senge and others.
